Camouflaging scars with micro hair pigmentation
A linear scar from a FUT procedure or small dots from FUE can become visible with short hair.
How does it work?
Fine pigment points are placed in and around the scar, matched to the color and density of the surrounding hair.
Conditions
The scar must be completely healed and stable. Scar tissue sometimes absorbs pigment differently, so multiple sessions may be needed.
Combination
Sometimes SMP is combined with placing grafts in the scar. During the consultation we look at what looks most natural.
