The donor zone explained

Every hair transplant starts at the donor area: usually the back and sides of the head.
Why that zone?
Hairs in this zone are usually less sensitive to hereditary hair loss. After relocation, they usually retain that characteristic.
A limited supply
The number of grafts that can be safely harvested is limited. Over-harvesting can make the donor area visibly thinner. Therefore, extraction is done evenly and with spacing.
Assessment beforehand
During the consultation we look at density, hair thickness and scalp. Large formulas such as Premium Plus can only be done after approval and when the donor area allows it.
